ALYI Confirms Date for $100 Million ICO Presentation

On July 20, 2020, Alternet Systems, Inc. (ALYI) confirmed that the date for their $100 million ICO presentation would be July 23, 2020. During the presentation, ALYI will provide details on its electric vehicle project that it plans to launch in Africa.

The Founding of ALYI

ALYI was founded with the goal of commercialization patented lithium technology. Since then, the company has evolved into an innovative EV company that is working on a $300 million initiative targeted at Africa. The intiative includes a key customer for the ALYI Revolt Electric Motorcycle and an annual mobility event that will fuel the branding and marketing for ALYI’s existing and future EVs. Besides that, it will work as a catalyst in the development of all future mobility solutions by ALYI.

The Revolt Electric Motorcycle was designed to be rugged. Thus far, the motorcycle has undergone two prototyping rounds and it is ready for production. The motorcycle will be manufactured in Kenya and availed to the Kenyan ride-sharing market. In Africa, motorcycles are already popularly used as taxis.

The marketing and branding for future and current electric mobility solutions will hinge on the company gaining recognition via its annual electric mobility conference. At the conference, there will be an anchor event. The conference and anchor events are expected to have a huge impact on ALYI’s bottom line. Besides that, they will provide a catalyst for the development of future mobility solutions by the company.


On June 30, 2020, ALYI entered into a letter of intent for $35 million. The money will be the first investment round to fund its $300 million mobility strategy in Africa. ALYI’s planned investment is part of a $100 million ICO strategy.

The investor is launching an ICO independently that is dedicated to the funding of ALYI’s $300 million African mobility project. Their presentation for the ICO will take place online on July 23, 2020. The ICO is part of a strategy by ALYI to promote electric mobility in Africa that has economic benefits for Africans while providing crypto owners with economic benefits and incentives.
